Love Your Body April Pilot Program

I am SO excited to announce the launch of my first ever Love Your Body program!

I have been thinking and dreaming about this for so long!! I can't believe it's finally time--well, almost time!--to share it with others. Of course, you guys are what makes it come to life, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Although nutrition and cooking knowledge are two things that I find paramount when it comes to being my happiest and healthiest self, I wouldn't be where I am today without spending major time and energy learning how to actively LOVE myself. And no, I'm not (just) talking about vibrators.

Loving yourself means learning how to speak to yourself, how to listen to yourself, and how to act based on that dialogue in a way that brings you to a higher place of mental and physical wellness.

It's an interesting thing, self love. You would think it comes naturally to us--that it were instinctual...

Somehow we seem to have lost our way in this arena and tend to spend more time and energy comparing, critiquing, and counting our flaws than we do actively loving ourselves and celebrating the many (and there are many!) things we do well.

When we operate in the sphere of negative self-talk and inner-critic, it becomes impossible to get to a place of true peace and happiness.

Think about it like this: If you see your body as a separate person, and this person inspires hate and disgust in you...are you going to want to treat him/her well? Are you going to actually use any of the nutrition or health knowledge you may learn about if you don't inherently and deeply love that person, flaws and all?

I will tell you that without the basis of true love, those things take a lot more discipline, and come much less naturally than they otherwise could. Ultimately, self love becomes divinely habitual. It takes practice, but that is what I hope to help the participants in this program (and everyone else!) get a bit closer to.

That is why my pilot program isn't centered around nutrition, but around getting yo mind right. Let's learn how to build a deep, nourishing, foundationally stable relationship with ourselves, so that any other nutrition information you may learn about actually has a chance of being put to practical use.

This program, starting on April 1st, will guide you to a place of love, trust, and friendship with yourself you never knew possible.

And as always, reach out with any questions.

I can't wait to go on this journey with you.

Love,

Natalie
